From concept to a connected service

We worked with SuitJet from the initial concept through its digital delivery. Our team brought website design, application engineering, mobile development and brand work into one engagement. That let us consider how customers would discover the service, register, make a booking and use it on different devices.

Registration and bookings connected to business data

We designed and developed a website connected to third-party service APIs. Registration and booking information formed part of the working service, rather than sitting apart from the operational systems. We used caching within the integration approach to manage how the website accessed external information.

A .NET architecture for payments and scheduling

Our software architecture used .NET and third-party APIs to connect eCommerce payments with the external service provider. We integrated on-demand scheduling and geographic information for subsequent analysis, bringing booking activity, payment handling and location context into the application design.

Mobile applications using the same service

Our team developed applications for iPhone and iPad, Android and Windows Phone, connected to the service architecture. We adapted the experience to each platform while maintaining the relationship between the mobile interface and the underlying booking service. These were the platforms used for this engagement; this case study does not represent current app-store availability.

Branding and launch support

We developed logo concepts and brand material for digital channels, vehicles and print advertising. Our work also included social marketing and measurement tools across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube. Consulting advice connected the technical delivery with the decisions needed to present and promote the service.

What our team brought together

SuitJet demonstrates our ability to deliver across product design, APIs, business software, mobile applications and public-facing identity. We approached the platform as one service, making the web, app and integration decisions reinforce each other.

The challenge

SuitJet needed a connected digital service for registration, bookings, payments and scheduling, available across web and mobile and supported by a consistent brand.

The approach

Our team designed a .NET architecture, integrated third-party APIs and payment services, and developed the website and mobile applications alongside branding and launch communications.

The contribution

We delivered a connected booking platform spanning web, mobile, application integration and brand design, bringing the customer experience and supporting business systems together.
