A digital front door for service businesses
We built Mythos365 to help service providers present their offering and collect structured booking requests online. The platform supports service-specific experiences within a shared application. Its ride-booking implementation brings the customer’s journey details, timing and contact preferences together before the request moves into the service workflow.
A booking journey shaped around the service
The public ride-booking interface lets a customer choose pickup and destination locations, request an immediate pickup or schedule one for later, and provide passenger and luggage details. A map gives geographic context. Service information includes the operating region, timezone and service radius so the experience can reflect the provider’s operating area.
Customer details and communication preferences
The booking flow collects the details needed to respond to a request, including passenger contact information and preferred communication options. Customers can request an email copy of their booking details. Payment preferences can be recorded as part of the request; choosing a method in the form is not the same as processing a payment.
A branded experience for each provider
Service-specific routes give each provider a dedicated entry point. The interface can show the provider’s name, service information and contact details while sharing the underlying application. QR access and browser installation support help customers return to the service from a phone. This is a practical model for businesses that need an app-like booking experience without maintaining a separate native application for each provider.
Accounts and operational access
The application includes account access, customer booking views and protected provider and administration routes. These separate customer-facing booking activity from operational management. We designed the workflow around service requests and provider coordination rather than assuming every business needs the same dispatch model.
Technology and integration
The frontend uses React and TypeScript, built with Vite and styled with Tailwind CSS. React Router handles service and account routes. Google Maps and Places integrations support geographic input and map display, while QR rendering and progressive-web-app components support mobile access. The deployed platform also has a separate API and PostgreSQL data service.
Extending the solution
The current solution focuses on structured booking and service coordination. AI is not required for that core workflow. Potential extensions can be assessed against a provider’s actual needs, such as assisted request triage or customer-service support, with scope and human review agreed before implementation.
From a booking idea to a working service
Mythos365 reflects our approach to building practical customer portals: understand what a business needs to receive, make the form understandable, connect the information to an operational workflow and keep the experience usable on mobile.
